Paradigm Golf Group — Leadership Team

Amy Dahlstrom
Chief Executive Officer
Amy leads Paradigm with a servant's heart and an unwavering commitment to people. Her hospitality background informs the high service standards she sets across every property, while her leadership ensures accountability across HR, internal controls, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. Alongside Joe, she is deeply involved in the Pops & Jr. Youth Golf Program and community outreach. A proud mother of four, Amy brings that same care and dedication to everything she does.

Joseph W. Dahlstrom
Chief Operating Officer
Joe is widely regarded as one of the premier operational and business growth executives in golf. Beginning his career at Geneva National Golf Club in 1990 and later serving as Director of Business Development for Walters Golf, he pioneered proactive customer service philosophies and innovative marketing programs that set new industry benchmarks. Known for his daily on-site presence and hands-on leadership style, Joe drives growth at every level — from top-line revenue to guest experience, culture, and community.

Matt Stark
President of Partnerships
Matt leads business development for Paradigm, securing new management opportunities, expanding strategic partnerships, and growing partner-driven revenue. His ability to build relationships extends well beyond golf — connecting local businesses, municipal leaders, corporate sponsors, and community organizations around every facility Paradigm operates. From signature family events to embedded corporate partnership programs, Matt understands that a golf course thrives when it becomes the heart of a community.

Andrew Frazier
Vice President of Golf Operations
Andrew brings a people-first leadership style shaped by his background as a first responder, a B.S. in Communication from San Diego State, and years of high-volume operations experience. Over the past six years, he has led the team at Dobson Ranch Golf Course, helped build leadership teams at three additional Paradigm properties, and consulted with golf facilities and tech-enabled ranges on sales and service strategy. His approach reflects the fun, welcoming culture that defines Paradigm Golf Group. Outside of work, Andrew volunteers with youth through an after-school program.

Erik Ostlund
Director of Agronomy
Erik brings more than 35 years of experience across golf course operations, construction, parks and recreation, and athletic field management. A Certified Golf Course Superintendent (GCSAA) and U.S. Air Force Veteran with a degree in Turfgrass Management from Michigan State University, his career spans 5-star resorts, private clubs, municipal facilities, and complex public venues including MLB spring training complexes and convention centers. Erik is a passionate advocate for sustainability and serves as a professional soil consultant with Brookside Laboratory.

Cheyanne Stewart
Director of Instruction & Pops & Jr. Youth Golf Program (PGA in Training)
Cheyanne brings a competitive collegiate golf background and a deep commitment to growing the game at the grassroots level. Since joining Paradigm, she has expanded the Pops & Jr. Youth Golf Program from a small weekly clinic into a thriving 501(c)(3) serving over 500 children across multiple properties — providing free instruction, equipment, and meals five days a week. Actively pursuing her PGA certification, Cheyanne is driven by the belief that every child deserves access to the game, and that a golf course can be one of the most powerful places in a neighborhood to build confidence and belonging.

Dion Fowler
Director of Food & Beverage
Dion brings more than 16 years of hospitality experience to his role, with a career built on leading high-volume operations, developing strong teams, and delivering consistent, guest-centered service at every touchpoint. Known for creating environments where structure and accountability coexist with genuine support and purpose, Dion leads by example and holds himself and his teams to high standards while fostering growth at every level.
